Why am I focused solely on women's Success Coaching?
I have spent 15+ years in the success coaching field, a lot of which has been focused in higher education settings. Since I was once one of those women myself, I was in tune with similarities I witnessed over the years.
What I've noticed:
*Women seem more likely to put their own goals on hold in order to care for family and work obligations.
*Women seem to feel more of a sense of obligation and loyalty for other committments that are outself of themselves, which becomes consfused and jumbled up with their own desires. It becomes hard to decipher their own wants and needs in comparison with wanting to serve others.
I have spent years fine tuning my own ability to listen to my body and what it signals to me, and have in turn shared what I've learned in helping other women do the same.
